Yoga and Weight Loss

This is a topic that some have asked me: "Will I lose weight doing Yoga ?" The short version of my usual answer is "Not directly, but Yoga can help you get to a place physically and mentally where you are more ready for weight loss."

  1. I would like to believe that yoga is a wonder. It is not only helpful in weight loss but it can also cure or at least alleviate various health problems like body pain, posture problems and many others.
