- Homemade soy hot chocolate with cinnamon and cayenne.
- Borrowed DVD movies from the library (YAY, free movies!).
- Doing Loving Kindness meditation during Savasana.
- Roasted Brussels sprouts.
- My new mostly administrative position at the office.
- Sleeping in a bit in the mornings.
- Rediscovering fitness activities I used to do (like Pilates).
- My cocoa smelling conditioner and how soft it leaves my hair.
- Blueberry brown sugar cookies.
- Reading passages from Poser to my students for my weekly readings.
- Drinking lots of water. Sometimes I get out of this habit and it's so good to get back.
- Balancing health and indulgence in the foods I eat.
- A folder on my computer full of inspiring photos and quotes.
- Rental video games. I'm picking up the first one that was sent to me today, but this seems like a great way to try out a game without buying.
- Homemade iced tea.
- Excitement building over trying geocaching. Just waiting for the rain to take a break and we'll give it a try.
- My cat all stretched out and lounging on the footstool.
- My mom for doing my dishes so many times.
- My always inspiring students.
- My life! I am so grateful that I get to share Yoga and meditation with others!
